Danuwelli Gordon, RN, BSN — Co-Owner & Director of Nursing
With over 22 years of patient-care experience and 13 years of diverse nursing experience, Danuwelli Gordon brings an unmatched depth of clinical expertise, leadership, and patient-centered care to Paradigm Homecare Inc. Her background spans in-homecare, psychiatric nursing, medical-surgical care, hospice, dialysis, traumatic brain injury rehabilitation, correctional healthcare, and community-based chronic care management. She has served as a charge nurse, preceptor, program coordinator, crisis-intervention responder, holistic healing practitioner, and hospice case manager—roles that collectively shape her holistic and highly adaptable approach to care.
Danuwelli’s philosophy is grounded in the belief that every patient deserves compassionate, individualized support that honors their physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Her commitment to advocacy, cultural awareness, and evidence-based practice guides the clinical standards of Paradigm Homecare Inc. Currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she brings a forward-thinking, wellness-driven perspective to homecare—ensuring our clients receive care that is not only safe and reliable, but deeply human.
Whitney Rochelle, B.A. in Biology — Co-Owner & Director of Operations
With more than 25 years of hands-on homecare and caregiving leadership, Whitney Rochelle is the operational backbone of Paradigm Homecare Inc. Her career spans personal care, dementia and Alzheimer’s support, activities of daily living (ADLs), caregiver supervision, live-in support, and behavioral health services across multiple states and care settings. Whitney’s extensive experience includes roles as Director of Operations, Personal Care Services Director, Memory Care Coordinator, Lead PCA, and crisis intervention team coordinator—each contributing to her unmatched ability to understand the needs of clients, families, and caregivers alike.
Whitney oversees staffing, training, quality assurance, and day-to-day operations with the same compassion she brings to direct care. Her leadership ensures that every client receives consistent, high-quality support delivered by caregivers who are well-trained, well-supported, and committed to excellence. As the founder of Caregivers Support Global, she also advocates for caregiver wellness and education—values that directly shape Paradigm’s commitment to uplifting both clients and the professionals who serve them.
